The scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing of services are governed by a separate agreement, proposal, or contract signed between Securelogx and the client.

You agree to use Securelogx systems and websites only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

You must not:

  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
  • Interfere with platform functionality or security
  • Upload malicious code or harmful content
  • Use the platform for illegal or unethical activities

Securelogx reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in case of misuse.

  1. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, including but not limited to:

  • Text, graphics, logos, designs
  • Software, source code, and architecture
  • Reports, templates, methodologies, and documentation

are the exclusive property of Securelogx unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or reused without prior written consent from Securelogx.

  1. Confidentiality

Any non-public information exchanged between Securelogx and the client, including technical, business, operational, or security-related information, shall be treated as confidential.

Confidential information shall not be disclosed to third parties without prior written approval unless required by law or regulatory authority.

Securelogx is committed to protecting personal and sensitive data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations.

Use of third-party tools is subject to their own terms and conditions.

  1. Service Availability and Modifications

  • Apply security or compliance enhancements

without prior notice when necessary for security, compliance, or operational reasons.

Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations.
